Fountain Valley, CA -- August 29, 2011 -- Kingston Technology Company, Inc., the independent world leader in memory products, today announced it will exhibit as well as present a session (VSP2247) at VMworld 2011 on Understanding Virtualized Memory Performance Management. Kit Colbert, Principal Engineer in the Management Business Unit of VMware, and Dr. YP Chien, Information Intelligence Officer, Kingston® will co-present the session.

The session focuses on virtualized memory performance management and how VMware ESX® manages memory reclamation, as well as best practices for monitoring and sizing memory. The critical role that memory plays in a virtualized infrastructure will be discussed in order to keep data centers running smoothly and efficiently.

“We are proud to be selected as one of the few VMware partners to participate in the vSphere® 5.0 Activate Program with VMware,” said Chien. “This ‘high touch’ engagement with VMware helps reduce the learning curves of migration to vSphere 5.
