MOBI UNVEILS GEN-NEXT A/V MONITORS

New MobiCam Models Reflect the Mobile Mom Trend

September 15, 2011- Culver City, CA - MOBI Technologies (www.getmobi.com) a leader in family-oriented consumer electronics will debut its sleek, new line of digital wireless Audio/Video and Audio-Only MobiCam monitors in Booth #241 at the upcoming ABC Kid's Expo, to be held September 23-26 in Louisville, KY at the Kentucky Exposition Center. Expanding its popular, award-winning MobiCam series, the new models will incorporate the latest advancements in wireless communication and are designed to raise the bar for performance, functionality and aesthetics.

"We listened to what our community wants and have responded", says David Naghi, president and CEO. "We have addressed what matters most to our customers: clarity, mobility, quality and affordability. Our new line will feature crystal clear voice-activated sound and even clearer digital signal and sharp screen images, even when the cameras are in Night Vision mode. Digital privacy will be preserved even within today's bandwidth-crowded living environments."

MOBI has embraced the exciting advancements in mobile technologies by allowing moms-on-the-go to view the cameras from virtually anywhere via a secure Internet web site, which can be shared by up to three viewers simultaneously. The new MOBI systems will also interface to the Internet in multiple ways. The signal can be viewed on laptop, pc and most smart phones. MobiCam advanced software allows compatibility with Video Chat and application as a wireless web cam allows connectivity to Skype™, Windows Messenger™, Yahoo™ and GoogleTalk™. In the home, mobility is enhanced by the wireless operation and sleek, palm-sized designs, making portability from room-to-room a breeze.

"MOBI is responding to new applications and the demand for monitoring above and beyond the infant market", says Naghi. "Easy monitoring is enhanced by MobiCam's recording capabilities, which is especially important for parents who work at home. Advanced recording features include motion-sensing and scheduled activation, as well as the ability to record isolated, specified locations within a frame, like a doorway. With multiple cameras and MOBI's ultra-wide viewing angle lens, parents can keep an eye on active toddlers, older children and pets over a wide area. We are also addressing the senior care sector with Two-Way Audio - one of our most powerful features of the new MobiCam line."

"For today's tough economic times, we designed the new line to provide our retailers with compelling new sales opportunities to reach above and beyond. Three Audio/Video models will be introduced, ranging from below $130 to below $200. Two Audio-Only models will also debut, ranging from around $65 up to $85.
