“This program is designed to showcase the performance attributes of HD Radio Technology through in-store demonstration,” said Keith Lehmann, Senior Vice President of Kenwood’s Consumer Electronics Sector. “Our promotional focus is on the

KDC-HD548U, a step-up model that incorporates many sound quality features as well as a wide, 13-segment display and a dedicated iTunes Tagging button. The HD Radio Technology performance of this model is remarkable and easy to demonstrate in-store, thus we are launching this $15.00 instant rebate program to incentivize customers to visit their authorized Kenwood dealer, hear the HD Radio Technology difference and buy a KDC-HD548U today.”

We are delighted that this partnership will result in incremental sales volume of HD Radio products.”

The [700] HD Radio Alliance member broadcasting stations will drive awareness of the instant rebate program with an integrated web and national radio advertising campaign across the U.S. Thirty (:30) second spots will promote the KDC-HD548U while highlighting built-in HD Radio Technology along with the $15.00 instant rebate, which will be offered from July 31 through September 4, 2011, at participating Kenwood retailers.
